Denny's Hot Summer Nights Cruise-In

Tim Hartman of Philo saw this GT302 1974 Falcon sitting on blocks in Philo, bought it and started restoring it.  It originally came from Austrailia, but Tim doesn't know how it ended up in the States.  By double clicking on the photo, notice the steering wheel is on the right side.  Nice Falcon, Tim!

Pahasque - Brand New Shop in Dresden

Janis Price has been busy working on her new shop.  She just finished planting some new flowers to welcome the Basket Bee/Dresden Days guests.   Many updates are being planned for this building that she purchased just this July.

Swiss Chard

Swiss Chard, sometimes called Silver Beet, is plentiful this time of the year.  It is good sauteed, steamed, or raw. Learn more about swiss chard here Swiss Chard Link  They say that swiss chard is extremely perishable, but I think it lasts really well in the refrigerator.  It seems to last as long as spinach, but maybe does not keep as well as kale or collard greens.  I got my two bunches of fresh chard at the Zanesville Farmer's Market.
